Manda Mendoza was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota where she studied drawing at Art Instruction Schools in Minneapolis and animation at the Minnesota School of Computer Imaging also in Minneapolis.

Soon after Manda and her husband Joe (Mendoza) produced photo slide shows using specialized photo and video editing software for their co-owned and operated St. Paul based company, Majestic Productions.

Manda became a professional photographer almost by accident when she was asked to photograph her first wedding for a family member. Realizing her talent as more requests for her photography increased, Manda created Manda Mendoza Photography, specializing in portrait and event photography.

Manda chose to study the art of photography and enroll in the New York Institute of Photography and take the Complete Course in Professional Photography. While taking photos to complete coursework Manda published her first photograph in two local newspapers – the Star Tribune and the Stillwater Gazette.

Soon after Manda, Joe and their young son moved to Florida for a change in weather. Her first job was in Orlando, Florida for the Walt Disney World Company where she once held a position as a Photopass Photographer at both Walt Disney World water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.

In additional to working as a Freelance Photographer, Manda is currently lending her talents as a photographer, photo editor, and graphic designer to her husbands website design company, JMJWebsiteDesign.com a website design company specializing custom created websites.
